Holiday Opening Hours & Online Delivery Changes

As the festive season approaches, we want to keep you informed about some important changes to our delivery schedule for frozen orders during Christmas and New Year’s. Please take note of the following updates:

Auckland

No Deliveries on December 25th & January 1st

There will be no delivery on these public holidays. However, we have arranged for alternative delivery days to ensure you don’t miss out:

Alternative Delivery Days:

• Mondays: 16th, 23rd & 30th December
• Wednesdays: 18th December & 8th January
• Fridays: 20th & 27th December & 3rd January

Delivery Window Changes:

• Auckland Monday & Friday delivery will change to 12pm–5pm (effective 23rd December, 27th December, 30th December, and 3rd January).
• Auckland Sunday delivery will change to 8am–2pm (effective 22nd December, 29th December, 5th January, and 12th January).

Order Cut-off Changes:

Due to holiday logistics, please note the revised order cut-off times for Auckland deliveries:

• For Auckland Monday (23rd December) delivery: Order by Friday, 20th December at 8am
• For Auckland Friday (27th December) delivery: Order by Tuesday, 24th December at 8am
• For Auckland Monday (30th December) delivery: Order by Friday, 27th December at 8am
• For Auckland Friday (3rd January) delivery: Order by Tuesday, 31st December at 8am

Bay of Plenty, Waikato & Whangarei

No deliveries: December 26th, 27th & January 2nd, 3rd
Alternative delivery days: Thursday, 19th December, Friday, 20th December, Tuesday, 24th & 31st December

Whakatane (3120 postcode)

No deliveries: To Whakatane (postcode 3120 only) from December 25th - January 6th.

Wellington

No deliveries: December 26th, 29th & January 2nd, 5th

Alternative delivery days: Thursday, 19th December & 9th January, Sunday, 22nd December & 12th January.

Palmerston North

No deliveries: December 28th, 29th & January 4th, 5th

Alternative delivery days: Saturday, 21st December & Sunday, 22nd December, Saturday, 11th January & Sunday, 12th January

Hawkes Bay

No deliveries: December 29th & January 5th

Alternative delivery days: Sunday, 22nd December & Saturday, 12th January.

Otaki

No deliveries: From December 28th – January 4th

Alternative delivery days: Saturday, 21st December & Saturday, 11th January.

Taupo & Rodney

Taupo & Rodney not affected by any changes over the holiday period.

Christchurch Local

Kiwi Express will be delivering to Christchurch over the festive period on the following dates:

Tuesday, 24th & 31st December

Friday, 27th December & 3rd January
