Wild & ethically sourced New Zealand rabbit. Hunters operate under strict guidelines and in poison free areas. Processors asses the health of the animal prior to use in accordance with strict MPI guidelines.

Due to the seasonality of our products, size can vary. We will do our best to maintain consistency where possible.

• Choose appropriately sized bones: small enough to chew but not swallow whole. Ideal bones take 5–15 minutes to finish. Too small can pose choking risks and cause oral trauma.

• Choose the right bone: Select raw meaty bones with plenty of meat or soft tissue to ensure dogs and cats can rip, tear, and chew for full benefit.

• Never cook bones: Cooking makes bones brittle and prone to splintering, posing a serious danger.

• Balanced diet: Raw meaty bones are not a complete diet—feed alongside minces, organs, and raw green tripe, incorporating a variety of prey sources for optimal nutrition.

• Tripe ratio: Feed tripe at ⅓ of the bone weight, adjusting as needed—every dog is unique!

• Supervision required: Always monitor your pet while feeding bones to ensure safety.

• Urgent Couriers: We deliver to most areas in Auckland, Whangarei, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Wellington, and Wairarapa. See more info below.
• NZ Couriers: We now deliver to the South Island and some areas of the North Island (Coromandel, Whangamata, & surrounding non-rural areas) using NZ Couriers Overnight Service. See more info below.
• Kiwi Express (Christchurch Local Only): Most Christchurch orders are delivered using Kiwi Express’s 2-3 hour courier service. See more info below
  

We do not currently deliver frozen products to rural addresses. Please ensure you provide a residential address for delivery.

Minimum order quantities have been set to maintain product quality and reduce the chance of defrost during transit. Delivery Tip: We recommend being home (or nearby) to receive your order, as frozen products need to be placed directly in a freezer. Larger or bulk orders may be left outside for a short period, but this is at your own risk.
